## What is Jump Rope Interval Log 2026?

Jump Rope Interval Log is a local training tool that requires no login and no internet connection. It helps you plan jump rope sets, time rest periods, track misses and review training performance.

It is useful for structured jump rope practice, school or fitness test prep, fat loss training, boxing conditioning warmups and freestyle rope sessions.
