I’ve used it 3 times now and I only saved.25 on my first purchase but it was only for $10. Since then I haven’t saved anything nor got credit in the app. Your supposed to get.25 on your first 20 gallons but obviously that’s a lie. I deleted the app and won’t be coming back to jump start. At least Dillions gives you.3 cents every time you use them

Here’s a update, I finally spoke to a rep and it was a total waste of 5 minutes of my time that i will never get back. She was no help at all, all she wanted to do was give me platitudes and tell me I’m wrong, no help whatsoever and she was very rude and even cursed at me. All because I was told that I’m supposed to get.25 off my first 20 gallons by one of the employees. But when i used it I only bought 10 in gas, that’s not 20 gallons. She said I got the whole reward when i spent 10 dollars. I also found out you have to ear 3 cents off a gallon. So you won’t get 3 cents off like you do with Dillions or quick shop. What a total joke, you have to ear 3 cents?? What a sorry excuse for a company. The greed these companies have is astounding. They don’t care about customers, just the customers money. Plus the reason they are cheaper is bc they use more ethanol in their gas than qt. It’s close to 60% ethanol when you buy premium. If you don’t have a e85 car and you use it then it will mess up your car’s engine

Won’t stay logged in, crashes, won’t scan at the pump, hard to find the incredibly long loyalty code. Awful.

I have always loved Jump Start but this Rewards program is great! I get $.03 off when I fill up on fuel. And I earned a free fountain drink by using my Rewards points, very cool!
