## What is Jump Start?

Jump Start is an eight-week jump rope program for getting in shape. Each day is a short guided session of timed jump and rest intervals, and the sessions get harder as the weeks go on. You start with short blocks and basic bounces. By week eight you're jumping through a full workout gauntlet.

Week 1 is free. One one-time purchase unlocks the rest. No subscription.

THE PLAN
• 40 sessions across eight weeks
• Each day lists its focus and the exact jump and rest intervals
• Week 1 includes warm-ups and cool-downs
• Finished days get checked off, and the next one is marked Today

THE WORKOUT HUD
• The camera counts your jumps and puts the count on screen. No wearable needed.
• Live heart rate and calories while you jump, from Apple Health or a Bluetooth monitor
• Blocks count down and advance on their own, with audio cues and an optional voice coach
• Results save to your plan when you finish

PROGRESS
• Streaks, total minutes, and a completion heatmap
• Personal records, pace, and rhythm stats
• Workouts and calories log to Apple Health

ALSO IN THE APP
• Build and save your own interval workouts, or start from templates
• 15 jump styles with demo videos, introduced when the plan reaches them
• Record sessions and get weekly highlight reels with a stats overlay. Videos stay on your device.
