캐릭터도 귀엽고 카운팅도 잘 되어서 아이들도 설치해 주려고 하는데요. 애플워치 se2에는 설치 잘 되는데 se3는 설치가 안되네요ㅜㅜ 뭐가 문제일까요??

에어팟이 없어서 애플워치로 연결하여 구독까지하고 오늘 처음 사용해봤는데 3,000개 까지 하고 나서 갑자기 애플워치에서 카운팅소리가 안나길래 봤더니 리셋이 되어있더라고요? 다시 시작버튼 누르고 600개 이상했는데 또 리셋이 되어있고요.
무료가 안되서 유료구독까지 했는데 너무 속상하네요.. 일단 구독한거 1달 써보고 계속 이러면 지속사용은 어려울 거 같습니다ㅠ
이런 점도 있다는 것을 파악해주시고 고려해서 개발패주시면 감사하겠습니다..;!

중학생 아이 구입해주려합니다 어떻게 해야 하나요? 가족공유 가능한가요?

Jumpee는 유저분의 개인정보 보호를 위해 별도의 로그인 없이
Apple 계정(기기 기준)으로 동작하는 구조입니다.

따라서 현재는 아래 두 가지 방법으로 이용 가능합니다.

1) 부모님 iPhone에서 구독 후, 해당 기기를 자녀분이 사용하는 방법 
2) 자녀분 iPhone에서 자녀 Apple 계정으로 직접 구독하여 사용하는 방법 

부모님 계정에서 구독을 해지하시려면 아래 경로를 이용해 주세요. 
설정 앱 → Apple ID(상단 이름) → 구독 → Jumpee 선택 → 구독 취소 

이미 구독 후 일정 시간이 지난 경우, 환불 및 해지 가능 여부는 저희가 아닌 Apple App Store 정책에 따라 Apple에서 직접 결정됩니다. 
따라서 사용 기간이나 결제 상태에 따라 즉시 해지 또는 환불이 어려울 수 있는 점 참고 부탁드립니다.

줄넘기 카운트 해줘서 너무 편하고 업적같은것도 이루는게 있어서 줄넘기다이어트에 더욱더 의욕이 생기고있어서 좋은거같습니다!
근데 오늘 줄넘기를 600개 넘게하고 종료하니까 기록이 300개로 줄어있어요ㅠㅠ
현재 이부분만 개선해주면 너무 좋을거같습니다!
