I paid off my loan. I tried to initiate a new loan and the customer no support staff argued with me. There is apparently a 10 day wait to use their services again. No one tells you this. It’s not on the website. And when I engaged chat after receiving invite to use service, I was ignored by 3 operators and simply passed off to the next until I reached one that was bored enough to chat with me. ### 5/5 — Win/win *2020-02-06, version 2.2.6* Dignifi app allows me to assist my customers get their vehicles serviced and back on the road. Ease of use is great for me and my customers. ### 1/5 — App doesn’t work *2019-11-19, version 1.1.4* We started using this with Autonation but the app won’t load. Showed the trainers when they were here an all I got was mine works. App changes the main screen and locks have in a load view and then kicks out.
