I had horrible experience with DigniFi. I paid off my loan. I tried to initiate a new loan and the customer no support staff argued with me. There is apparently a 10 day wait to use their services again. No one tells you this. It’s not on the website. And when I engaged chat after receiving invite to use service, I was ignored by 3 operators and simply passed off to the next until I reached one that was bored enough to chat with me.

We started using this with Autonation but the app won’t load. Showed the trainers when they were here an all I got was mine works. 

App changes the main screen and locks have in a load view and then kicks out. 

No app support, link bring you to their main page.

Dignifi app allows me to assist my customers get their vehicles serviced and back on the road.  Ease of use is great for me and my customers.
