### 1/5 — Használhatatlan.

*2024-02-18, version 3.1.1*

*2023-08-18, version 3.0.5*

Nejde propojit data do aplikace Zdraví.

### 1/5 — Not working after update

*2023-06-09*

When the app was updated one week ago, the bluetooth connection no longer works. Please update the app and let the bluetooth for blood pressure monitor to work.

### 1/5 — Great Monitor--Lousy App GOT WORSE

*2023-06-02*

Update: as of ver 2.9.9 the app is TOTALLY useless, as it will no longer connect to Bluetooth to pick up monitor readings.
This is actually fine, since it was designed by a Chinese child with no access to an iPhone or even basic application coding instruction. What was nearly useless is now totally useless. Buy the Oxiline Monitor, use a basic spreadsheet in Excel or Sheets and don't even bother downloading this execrable garbage. Should not be allowed in the App Store.

This app (V. 2.9.7) is absolutely awful.
It is the apparent result of the barest minimum of coding and design effort. I bought the highly rated Oxiline BP Monitor (JPD-HA121) and mistakenly assumed it would have an equally good companion app. It does not.

Asks for a password almost every time I open it. No support for FaceID or TouchID to make that less annoying. No setting to extend time between password entries. Wonky Bluetooth connection does not sync record times properly. Export of data is apparnetly not something they thought would be useful. Sharing options include "Google " which does not exist anymore. Mailing data inserts Chinese language characters in sender and subject and fails to deliver any usable data. Why bother?
Get the monitor. Ignore the app, use a basic spreadsheet in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets and track your numbers manually. #AppFail

### 1/5 — Worthless

*2023-06-02, version 2.9.9*

Terrible, just terrible.

### 1/5 — App does not work - can’t register

*2023-05-30, version 2.7.6*

App does not work - can’t register

### 1/5 — Can’t connect to iPhones

*2022-12-08, version 2.7.6*

Bluetooth doesn’t work and newer iPhones doesn’t have Jack.

### 1/5 — Ccrider

*2022-11-16, version 2.7.6*

If there was less than a one star rating I would use it.

### 1/5 — Useless

*2022-11-04, version 2.7.5*

I can’t use my fetal doppler properly because it should be connected to my phone through bluetooth. I can’t pair it with my phone.

### 1/5 — It stores the data. That’s about it.

*2022-09-19*

No ability to share to Apple Health or any other app. What is the point of BT integration if you still have to manually transcribe/record it?

Keeps crashing. No ability to manage data/settings on BP device. Chinese shows up as button choices.

### 1/5 — Nem ajánlom

*2022-08-12, version 2.7.4*

iPhone telefonnal nem kompatibilis, ad hozzá egy Jack dugós fülhallgatót, ami évek óta nincs az iPhoneokon így használhatatlan
iPhone 12pro max telefonom van

### 1/5 — Worst app ever

*2022-08-05, version 2.7.4*

I Downloaded this app to use with Oxiline BP monitor.

—Registration- ‘ Height’ is in centimeters with no option to change it to inches. I needed to convert to cm to enter my height. The ‘continue’ buttons are hidden by the on-screen keyboard, though once you press anywhere else on the screen after entering the data then the keyboard goes away and you can continue. App should be modified to put the continue button at the top of the screen or to close the keyboard when user hits enter.

—There is a basic report where user can see history in raw data format. But that history is ONLY for readings taken while the app is connected to the machine. The App does NOT upload readings taken when the app is not connected to the device.

—The trend (‘tendency’) chart for week and month only shows the latest BP. It does not show week/month average data when those options are selected. Though the ‘year’ option does appear to be an average of all BP readings in the year. (The report error/failure of week and month might be due to less then a week of data??)

—poor user interface, user has to guess to click on three dots to find the historical data in list format and an option to graph the history (which doesn’t work).

—Can’t scroll through daily history on the main page/chart, and after the initial reading the actual values no longer show in the display, only as dots on the chart. And the dots do not show actual value when touched.

—since the daily chart view only shows the latest reading, there is no trending graphic of the daily data.

—there is no way to export or print the data other than a screen print, though the web site for oxiline BP monitor states the data can be exported in cvs format. The ‘share’ option shares (via email, Facebook google or twitter) what looks like a link to a foreign website where the data has possibly been uploaded… I emailed it to myself and the email I got said the message wasn’t formatted properly and couldn’t be displayed. I copied the link prior to sending the email and tried to access it- it gave an error “the requested resource is not available”. (The data should instead be formatted BY THE APP, and allow the user to email or save that formatted file onto their device directly. NO external web site should be involved.)

—cannot use the basic IOS press-and-copy feature on the data list screen, which would at least allow me to manually copy the data to paste it into another app or spreadsheet.

—no option to sync the data with Apple Health app as many other BP apps do today. Making the app and the BP product from oxiline ‘obscure’, one-off products not likely to survive in today’s market without significant improvements to the app. Users wanting a Bluetooth interface to their BP monitor want the reporting, history and sharing features a well-written app/interface provides.

Frankly I’m only keeping the very expensive BP monitor that uses this app as a backup now. The lack of ability to get historical readings uploaded from the BP monitor, lack of ability to produce and share a report DIRECTLY via email or printer using the app, and the lack of a way to synch the data to Apple Health would all have been dealbreakers had I known before I purchased the device.

### 1/5 — Poor app

*2022-08-01, version 2.7.3*

The registration screen for this app does not work. Unable to create login. Very disappointed.

### 1/5 — Good device, horrible app

*2022-07-24, version 2.7.3*

The app connects to my BP device, as long as my Bluetooth isn’t connected to anything else. It records the BP in a list but not to the graphing feature.

### 1/5 — No Apple Health sync

*2022-07-15, version 2.7.3*

Please add Apple Health app sync data

### 1/5 — Chart Crashes

*2022-06-22, version 2.7.2*

The data from the BP records on the app but does not export to the chart.

### 2/5 — Poorly designed user interface, no connectivity to Apple Health

*2022-06-21*

Had I known this was the app for this product I would have bought a different product.
Password is not saved in keychain.
Setting the date of birth requires too many clicks. Use the usual OS date selector.
Height in CM, REALLY? Who knows that?
And the readings are not stored into the Apple Healthlink app. Not at all sure what the app is good for. Probably just going to delete it.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Incorrect Calibration

*2026-03-20*

The app is stuck on a max weight that cannot be reset even after “log off” which is supposed to reset everything. New users are also having the same issue and it’s also happening after uninstall/install.
The app really doesn’t do anything.

### 1/5 — Vše je ne tato aplikace

*2025-11-03, version 3.2.1*

Nechci napadat žádnou víru, jen prosím vás někdo to nestahujte zbytečná ztráta času!

### 1/5 — Do not buy this scale

*2025-06-02, version 3.2.0*

I don’t believe the app is supported because it does not hook up. There’s no information anywhere on the Internet to cross reference help or support and as a no return policy.

### 1/5 — Useless

*2025-05-02, version 3.2.0*

You can’t use the device without the app. But you can’t use the app without registering. And you can’t register because that requires an email confirmation code being sent to your email. Which you NEVER receive. So I have a useless TENS machine.

### 1/5 — Buggy

*2025-02-27, version 3.2.0*

Can never get a seamless experience. Loses my data, continually asks me for my menstrual cycle information (should have guessed that from me being a male). Just a brow average app!

### 1/5 — Mr

*2025-01-30, version 3.2.0*

When trying to login failed for the nth time, i deleted the App, lost the data the tried to set up from scratch.
Hopeless i was born before 1945 which is first date so i put in 1/1/25.
That was accepted.
I tick the masculine icon and tried to finish then a message popped up
‘Last_menstrual field mustn’t be empty’
I never saw this field but being a definite male, I don’t think it would be appropriate.
The pulse oximeter is good and before the last Password debacle, most of the time it recorded the output of the pulse oximeter satisfactorily.
Now the Registration and Password set up, I don’t swear these days but to describe it as a total debacle would be mild.

### 1/5 — Unreliable

*2025-01-04, version 3.2.0*

Occasionally connects to Bluetooth. No trouble-shooting advice except how to change batteries. Bluetooth connectivity to keep a record was the reason I purchased it. Waste of time, effort and money.

### 1/5 — Es una burla

*2024-10-05, version 3.1.1*

### 1/5 — bluetooth doesn't work

*2024-09-26, version 3.1.1*

i was using this app with my heart sure oximeter for a while and it was working fine, but out of nowhere it wouldn't connect the bluetooth and actually let me use the app. my oximeter is charged and working fine but the app isn't. please solve this issue.

### 1/5 — It does not work with IPhone

*2024-04-08, version 3.1.1*

We couldn’t connect the app to the Device. Bluetooth does not work on it. Useless app.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Can’t set up the App

*2026-06-12, version 3.3.0*

Useless tried multiple times to register but can’t register without ur birthdate can’t complete ur birthdate without pressing Complete which doesn’t register as being pressed and just keeps scrolling through the year and the app won’t let u progress without doing it! Waste of time and money!

### 5/5 — Please add history option on iOS version of the app.

*2022-03-12*

I’m leaving 5 star because their customer responds to emails & i think they try to resolve issues.

### 5/5 — it ok

*2021-07-24, version 2.6.5*

### 5/5 — Please make this app can write data on Apple Health Apps

*2021-01-09, version 2.6.0*

This apps working properly on my iPhone XR but it has limitation can not write the data to Apple Health App.
Any feedback you can give me on this would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you

### 5/5 — Worked well for me

*2020-06-10, version 2.5.6*

Of course you would only install this app if you bought something of theirs on Amazon or some other retail location but I took a little offense to the person that gave them one star because the instructions were difficult for them to understand.

My product arrived perfectly and although I’m sure English isn’t the manufacturer’s primary language, they provided plenty of images of every step and seemed to care about the buyers ability to successfully link their device to the app.

I’d like to thank them for selling a blood pressure device that logs my workouts to my iPhone for $23, but I’m American and too f-ing lazy to learn a single word of Chinese, so I’ll have to thank you in English for providing all that you did. Five stars. :)

### 5/5 — Brilliant!

*2020-03-15, version 2.5.3*

As someone with a serious lung condition I use this app daily to check my oxygen levels.
It was easy to set up & it’s easy to use!
Really pleased & would recommend.

### 4/5 — Apple Health

*2021-01-31, version 2.6.0*

Сделайте связь с Apple Health!

### 4/5 — Funktioniert

*2021-01-18, version 2.6.0*

### 3/5 — Difficulty connecting Heart Sure Bluetooth Pulse Oximeter via Bluetooth

*2023-08-06, version 3.0.4*

Increased my rating to 3 stars from 1 star as managed to get my iPhone X to connect via Bluetooth. Rebooting the iPhone fixed a bug in the iPhone which affected Bluetooth, some functionality with the right button and the ability to delete apps!

### 3/5 — Zdraví

*2023-05-30, version 2.7.6*

Bohužel nejde propojit s nativní aplikací zdraví.
