### 4/5 — Get it

*2023-02-19*

Not a bad app at all, really good.

### 4/5 — Good prep source

*2021-05-14*

Good but be careful, some parts are outdated and some nomenclature missing, but was a good source to prep. Use as a general guide, not as a final source.

### 4/5 — Useful study guide

*2019-08-19*

Very useful. If only the zooming in button works better for the phone version. It would be nothing less than a superb program. It is a must have.

### 5/5 — A must have for Jump Master school

*2018-10-10*

This app is an absolute must have. The flash card tests are some of the most useful tools in getting ready for the school

### 5/5 — Passing Jump Master

*2017-10-27, version 4.3*

This app is the only reason I have succeeded in the course. Content is up to date and gives you exactly what you need to pass. I recommend that everyone attending SLJM buy it and get the full app (something like $2 extra) to be able to listen to a recording of the jump briefs. $7-8 and (if you use it) you have everything you need to pass JM.

### 4/5 — Pretty solid app/tool to aid prospective JM study

*2017-08-18, version 4.3*

I am going through a USASOC refresher; great tool for your kit bag...definitely makes it easier for studying on the go without carrying around a big binder / study guide. It's only a few bux, and JM school is already hard enough. Great app

### 5/5 — Great App!

*2016-11-22, version 3.8*

Good to see this app getting the updates as needed! The nomenclature test on this app really helped me out. Thanks!

### 5/5 — Jump Master

*2016-09-23, version 3.7*

This app is very helpful. It has helped mostly with nomenclature and deficiencies. I recommend any JM student or anyone preparing for JM to use for a reference!

### 5/5 — Great program

*2014-08-30, version 2.2*

I used this program to go through Jumpmaster course, it really help my studying and everything is accurate and up-to-date. Great customer service from the app maker as well, had a slight problem listening to the pre-jump audio and they immediately contacted Apple and had an update put out. The only thing that needs to be done is include a door check sequence for a C-17. I would also recommend getting pictures of each deficiency see you can see what it looks like prior to doing JMPI.

### 4/5 — Great app but needs some work

*2014-05-06, version 1.2*

This app has helped me study like nothing else. The quizzes and tests are awesome and extremely beneficial. There are a few mistakes within the app and some stuff is outdated as the current JM doesn't go over the ballistic helmet nor do they cover the MIRPS with the "rip cord grip". Now they only cover the MIRPS with the soft loop center pull. Updating is needed but overall it is very convenient for studying on the go.

### 4/5 — Great App

*2014-01-13, version 1.2*

This is a great app to learn nomenclature, but it is for the Fort Benning Jumpmaster, not Fort Bragg, so pre jump and other study documents are not as helpful

### 5/5 — Awesome Awesome App

*2013-09-22, version 1.2*

Amazing App! However, spelling on some nomenclatures are wrong and the army parachute log record isn't in any of the nomenclatures. But, it's still an awesome app!

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — A 92R

*2025-06-24*

Update the app

### 1/5 — Worthless

*2015-06-01, version 2.4*

Save money and avoid this. At the very least don't make the people that put this together, rich.

### 1/5 — Outdated

*2013-05-04, version 1.2*

Don't get this app if you are going to the 82nd AAS jumpmaster course. The information is outdated in each section by a few things but this may be enough to get a no go. I would support this app if they update it.

### 2/5 — PreJump Audio

*2022-02-04*

PreJump Audio is NOT up to date with current JM course. Current JM Study Guide is updated from April 2021. This does nothing for the students preparing for this challenging course. This is a major minus…..DO BETTER AND GET IT UPDATED.

### 3/5 — Needs update for 2026

*2026-06-16*

Can you please update Prejump, nomenclature, and deficiencies for the MAY 2025 book. The new Mole 4000 is missing and we use the single pin reserve for testing.

### 3/5 — Pre Jump Is WRONG

*2026-01-08*

Overall very handy app and has helped me a lot but pre jump is incorrect and there is new information specifically the 4th point of performance regarding 1-3 arm length slips and how to conduct them.

### 3/5 — Only 3/5 for failure to update

*2019-07-07*

Developer needs to update minor errors in the T-11 line by line section of prejump. Does not match with the entire text section of T-11 prejump OR the T-11 prejump audio. T-11 deficiency’s also do not match current JM study guide (minor verbiage deviations to current course curriculum).

### 3/5 — Pre-jump is not current

*2015-09-04, version 2.6*

Good app for nomenclature, but the pre-jump is now outdated. If they could update it, the app is definitely worth the money.

### 3/5 — Fuzzy

*2012-12-11, version 1.2*

The app overall is great. Just a few minor flaws. Example, some of the pictures of equipment are pixelated and fuzzy. Making it extremely difficult to identify. If these issues were corrected throughout the app, I could strongly state that this app is the perfect study guide. Especially for those individuals who have had a tough time trying to acquire actual pre jumpmaster school study materiel.

### 4/5 — SINGULAR NOT PLURAL

*2025-06-26*

I love this app! It’s definitely very helpful and one of the best ways to study for USAAS. My only complaint is when studying nomenclature, it gives you the name of the item of equipment as plural. Every single nomenclature will be singular no matter how many there are.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Passed JM

*2025-07-21*

I got the app this to study for JM during my second try, it made pre-jump far less daunting to memorize, and made deficiencies easy to study for, and I ended up graduating!

### 5/5 — App needs and update

*2024-07-15*

The app needs an update some not all of it needs and update

### 5/5 — Very helpful tool

*2024-02-04*

I love that they’ve added an actual recording for pre-jump. Kudos to the creators of this app for keeping it relatively up-to-date!

### 5/5 — Jumpmasters

*2023-04-12*

Great App with loads of content to help you study anywhere and everywhere. Use your study guide from school and this app as well to get you your first time go

### 5/5 — Great study guide!

*2022-10-10*

Easy guide to have in your pocket to study for SLJM.

### 5/5 — Awesome App but could make some small changes

*2020-06-30*

I wish there was a option to repeat the audio classes instead of constantly having to go back into the app to start it over. Also if there was a way to have the audio play in the background so that the devices can be turned off that would be great as well.

### 5/5 — GOOD FOR BRAGG TOO!!!!!

*2019-12-17*

Despite going to Jumpmaster school at Bragg and there being slight differences between what’s taught in the app vs. what’s being taught at the school house, this app is what passed me threw jumpmaster school as a first time go. Study this app and you will not be disappointed. They are constantly keeping information up to date IAW the CAASOP and they haven’t failed me yet. I highly recommend getting the bonus audio and video too, it seriously helps when you get to spittin prejump and the video really helps when you are shadow boxing and you want to make sure you don’t mess up you sequence.

### 5/5 — USASOC SLJMC

*2019-09-20*

This app helped out tremendously. Nomenclature on the MC-6 is up to date. A must have for anyone attending SLJMC.

### 5/5 — Great App

*2019-03-24*

Good way to test nomenclature and JMPI knowledge on the go. Must have app.

### 5/5 — Excellent

*2018-11-12*

Really helped me study before attending Jumpmaster school. Worth the money in my opinion.
