## What is JumPo 2?

Vertical jump measurement app to assess and monitor jump performance. The user can use a jump video from the galley or record the sound of the jump. The video should be focused on the feet, preferably in slow motion, and the sound recording should be close to the feet, less than 30 cm apart, and placed on the ground. There are five types of jump tests available: Countermovement Jump, Squat Jump, Weighted Jump, and Single Leg Jump.
