There are no instructions at the counter or on the app about how the collection process works 3. Where I ordered the iPad on which the orders from this app comes through at the cafe is not regularly monitored, so I could have ordered sooner in the actual queue 4. Since you don’t have to provide your name the person behind the counter does not know what to shout out when the order is ready 5.
