Their customer service was great, and it was evident safety was a priority. I would most definitely use them again. ### 5/5 — Grateful *2022-06-05* If you are an adult, live alone are sick and are unable to drive, JumpRydz is a convenient and safe way to get to urgent care. The JumpRydz app allows you to see the whereabouts of the driver, how long the wait is. Most importantly is that the same driver that brought you to the medical facility will return to pick you up again.
