I paid , got the code to activate via my email and the app says it’s an invalid code. Then I tried my email and that fails as well. I received the "ticket" and followed the instructions to download the app and tour. It only gave it in French initially with no option to change the setting to English. I had to start the circuit and then stop it and then "x" out and I was able to get to settings and reselect English and redownload it. It works fine just not easy to get the English tour set up. ### 2/5 — Quite a few bugs *2026-05-28* we have just used your app in Bern and although it was helpful there were some issues: (1) when we first set the app up we chose English but the commentary was in French. we finally fixed this but it wasn’t easy. (2) during our walk we stopped for a drink and when we restarted the app had reset itself so we lost all the (useful) data relating to our walk and we had no idea how stops were left.(3) is your commentary produced by AI? Whoever spoke it didn’t pronounce the German words very well.
