If this is how Weber handles their Apps, then I will steer clear of their products. Update: Weber is discontinuing this. It’s been a year since the last update, no Alexa integration, and the app constantly loses connection to the oven. Please fix. ### 5/5 — Connects to iPhone 15 iOS 17.1.1 *2023-12-10, version 1.24.2* When I first tried to connect to a second GEN oven, the newer devices with the latest iOS would not connect. My guess was that the app wasn’t updated and so it didn’t know about the find devices on network permission setting. So I tried an old iPhone 5s, and it connected the first try. After several months of owning the second GEN oven, I tried connecting on my primary iPhone and it somehow worked. Hope this helps someone ### 3/5 — Love the oven but expensive subscription ruins it *2023-04-04, version 1.24.2* I love the oven. I’ve had a few issues that June support was able to take care of. On that end they have been great. The issue I have is the subscription model for the app. They need some kind of subscription to support the app and it’s updates. It’s just that $10 a month? $120 a year? It should be a few dollars a month or an option to pay a lower yearly fee. The original purchase of a premium oven and accessories was supposed to allow one full year of premium service. Explain how to reboot through this difficulty.
