Been playing for years!!! Then all the sudden raised a ridiculous amount that went from 9.99 to 29.99 almost 3 times!! I think they took advantage of the fact that a lot of people love this game and thought they would get a little more greedy! Like that say “The Greedy get greedier”🤦🏻‍♀️😡 ### 4/5 — Better rewards needed *2026-08-18, version 4.10.4* Love playing the game. Very challenging and is different each time you play. My concern is the lack of rewards given. You get more energy to play for many rewards but you are stopped or stuck playing because you can’t proceed properly. You need to have compasses to open areas to decorate. However these compasses are scarce to get while playing the game. Which means you have to buy them. I have spent much more than I ever thought so I could keep going forward in this game. When I started playing, it took 40 compasses to open an area, it now takes 75 compasses and I believe the area isn’t as big as it was initially. That’s an increase of 187.5%! Also you play several times and each time you have to discover a new object but all of a sudden 3 more new things pop up. You don’t have the time to find all 3 because they come later in the game. Guess what you have to stop and go back to the beginning or you can but extra time to continue. Greedy! Maybe the programmers need to rethink and stop being greedy! Yes you reward for spending but not with something that opens the area to decorate. You give something that doesn’t necessarily move the game along. How about rewarding with an open area now and then or numerous compasses? I will continue to play but I am done spending so much to play. It was supposed to be a relaxing, challenging game and now it has turned into a money pit! ### 3/5 — About the advertising *2026-08-18, version 4.10.4* Hello Wooga staff You recently put out a message stating that advertising is essential to you folk for keeping the game free. We understand that and we accept that advertising generally is sadly a necessary nuisance everywhere. However, there aren’t many games which have built in advertising, as in one cannot progress unless one watches the advertising as so much of your game only moves forward when tasks follow the ads. Because it’s so intrinsic and obviously necessary to your business it does make it rather frustrating for your gamers. Specifically because they are often very intrusive and long. I play your game while I listen to videos and lectures using Apple’s Picture in Picture feature, almost without exception. The advertising on your game often interrupts that video play where I’m forced to stop listening because I cannot switch off what is often mindless music, noise and voiceover on the ad which can unfortunately go on for over a minute sometimes longer with umpteen load screens before ‘X’ really means exit. So the reason for this message is to make a request of you to work more closely with Apple to try to allow only ads that can be muted and kept muted, that they don’t force someone like me to listen (over and over) to boring ads for games and products and therefore having to make several additional clicks to get back the video play and the game play. Thank you for understanding this, I know it’s not probably down to you exclusively but as advertising is so built in, I’m hoping you have some influence. Kind regards. ### 4/5 — Life is Too Short! *2026-08-14, version 4.10.4* I have been playing JJ for almost 6 years before the “new” owners took over. I like most of the new side games that have been added. The only thing that has me very sad is the fact that the new owners think it is okay to make JJ so hard that we (the customer) will spend all their money trying to win these games. Here in Trump’s America, there is no middle class anymore—you are either a million- or billionaire or you are poor! I am now considered as poor & cannot afford to spend all my money on diamonds or energy to play this game. The New Wooga thinks it is “fun” to make even the easy games as hard as possible! That is very sad because JJ was my only avenue for pleasant fun while living miserable as life is nowadays. I think it is very sad that Wooga has lost sight of the word-Fun! I don’t think I am the only one who thinks like this, and I am letting Wooga know that I won’t be spending all my time on JJ anymore. It is no longer fun to play…it is as stressful as real life and that is very disappointing because there is very little that is “fun” in life now. Sorry Wooga….it was a good run while it lasted. ### 2/5 — Losing interest lately *2026-08-14, version 4.10.4* Started playing during COVID. I enjoyed the game, didn’t play many side games other than STB. Always managed to get the first section on Memories completed once I figured how it all works. The past year so many changes to the game has made me enjoy it less and less and I’m losing interest very quickly. I always enjoyed completing STB, I usually needed to use a few diamonds maybe for the very last scene once or twice nothing big and that was for the medium level. Lately I can’t get past the 3rd gate (easy level) without a few attempts. Last week I tried and I couldn’t get past 1st gate which has NEVER happened so I gave up and done with it. I’m feeling the same with the whole game. I’ve only spent money once (about $30) that was to get the Wicked Emerald City upgrade but never again. WOOGA I think you are pushing away/discouraging your longtime players with all the changes and just making it too difficult to play. I’ll watch the stupid endless ads, I get it, that’s how you can make money, but makes the game enjoyable rather than defeating. The albums are a lot harder to accumulate snippets. People that work full time don’t have the time needed. An ethical game shouldn’t make it impossible to achieve rewards within the set time without having to spend so much money. Look at what people are saying on FB, WE ARE NOT HAPPY at the route these developers are taking. All they want is for you to have to buy buy buy in order to win anything. ### 1/5 — Dissatisfied *2026-08-10, version 4.10.4* The game starts off nicely and easy enough and fun, but as you go along the game cheats is unevenly distributed with different players as far as what you win compared to others for instance, if you complete a task, it may say you win 100 diamond and some people do what you are singled out and only win 50. This is just an example. Also keep an eye on your diamonds when you buy, they tend to disappear. There are many flaws with the game. It seems that money continuously coming in is the only goal of this game. The more money you spend the harder the game is for you because spend even more. If you play this game and don’t spend money. Your options are better you’re winning. Chances are better so if you play it. I wouldn’t spend any money if I was you also watch your app they have been known to charge. Me for things I didn’t buy this game may seem fun, but be warned. It was so much fun the first several years, but now I no longer bother to play the main game. It now takes a ridiculous amount of compasses to open more land, and a ridiculous amount of orchids to open more scenes. The story was never good, but it’s just irritating now. I really enjoy decorating the islands, but it’s not worth the bother. All of the side gimmicks have taken away from the main game. Players are not only FORCED to watch all the ads but you have to watch the ads for a full minute and sometimes longer. And every day, the ad has a blue line at the bottom that scrolls for about 30 seconds, and then nothing. Absolutely no way to close the ad. I have to shut down the device and go back to the app, which asks me to watch an ad. Again. For the past TWO days, I have watched a second ad, only to have it do the same thing. No way to get it off the screen. I have,gotten these ads in other games, and they offer an “x” to end the ad and get back to my game. Not on this game. Please fix this. I love the actual search and find part. The scenes are interesting and challenging. I love the club part. Having said all that- the game is designed so that not all players get the same rewards for the same effort. Prices are different from one player to another also. They even have a “special group” that receive daily gifts and such. I’d love to find a similar game that does not show so much favoritism but I’ve grown pretty fond of my teammates and the story line also! It is my most favorite game on my phone, and I have a lot of games on it!!! June’ Journey has many mini games within. I love everything about it. The only thing I would ask is: When June is having conversations, that they speak aloud where we can hear them, instead of having to read the words. That’s it !!!!! I did go off for about a year because I found I was spending more money than I really wanted to. But it’s worth it and you can play the game without spending any money it just takes longer to advance and the levels and to compete in the side games which are great actually, they’re fun… timing is everything. And just keep plugging away. My husband plays, but he gets too much in a rush and he’s too competitive. If you’re very competitive, you might find this game frustrating. It’s one that you have to.
