The cheaters are swarming, with multiple hacker attacks per day, and multiple support requests remaining unanswered. Now a system message has arrived declaring that a recent support request bounced because the support email box is full. I love this game, but really, support could improve significantly (see below) Here is a suggestion that will greatly improve customer satisfaction with Jungle Heat, reduce incoming support requests, and help reduce the excess burden on your limited support staff.... Your approach to cheating fails because it does not understand the reasons cheaters keep coming back when you remove them from their clans. I have already documented these matters in previous support emails, with ample screenshots as evidence. 1) It is easy to rejoin the same clan, or create a new clan to continue cheating. 2) Removing a cheater from a clan does not remove the only thing that motivates their continued cheating... their RATING! See the leaderboard where every top rated player is a previously reported cheater. This is what drives their ongoing bad behavior. 3) The only weapon you have (other than fixing the broken game code hackers have continuously exploited for many years) is to reset the ratings of every cheater to zero (-0-) every time they are are reported. Once they realize they can no longer gain any lasting benefit from cheating, they will stop. 4) Hopefully, the leaderboard will spontaneously self-correct, but if it does not, you may need to address that manually to correct for players who previously cheated, got bored and are no longer playing. This will restore the “Best players” leaderboard from a Hall of Shame to a proper Hall of Fame. Thank you for making continued honest play possible and more enjoyable for everyone! As for the game, it's awesome with its own chips, such as heroes. As of December 2025 there are still cheaters in this game. Don’t bother sending another form letter that says you’ll fix it. It hasn’t been fixed for years! Any player can look at the leaderboards and see the cheaters with impossible scores . Cheaters attack and steal clan and player loot daily! LAME. The developers can see the cheaters on the leaderboards and do little to nothing about it. Start refunding me all the loot that was stolen and give me back all my lost cups and medals! Also every time you increase your rank or gather resources some cheater comes along and beats you by deploying one bomb or spy which is just counterproductive to the games progress. The HACKER problem has overrun the game and inundated all aspects of play the last 2-3 weeks. You can’t reach out with screenshots or anything as their email inbox has been full for at least the same amount of time. I reached out to Apple 2 weeks ago and now find myself here again as nothing has been resolved. For players of this gaming genre who feel abandoned by recent ruinous decisions by supercell, I can’t recommend Plunder Pirates enough. It is a sorely underrated game and will most certainly surprise you. As you can see below, I originally wrote a positive review and am not happy at all to edit it. I’m leaving the 5 star review in place as it was a great game and so my message gets through, cheers! This game is awesome! Coming from Bandits vs. Lords and COC you can hit the ground running. То, что сейчас происходит с данной игрой, набивает на грусть. Ведь когда то, это был не просто клон, одной из популярных игр тематики с развитием баз, а прямым ее конкурентом. However, it is very sad to see the current state of the game. There are many cheaters openly playing without punishment, clan tournament rewards have not been delivered for weeks, and players receive only automated template replies from support. I personally reported cheaters by email multiple times and nothing changed. I understand that Jungle Heat is no longer a major project for the company, but the servers are still online and there are still loyal players and active clans. Many of us continue playing because we truly loved this game for years. Players are not asking for huge updates. We simply want minimal support: fair tournament rewards, at least basic anti-cheat moderation, communication with the community, and some evidence that the game is not completely abandoned. Right now many veteran players are slowly leaving because it feels like nobody cares anymore. Please do not let Jungle Heat die this way.
