Watch doesn’t have hyphen in password option when connecting to wifi.. unable to connect to wifi without sim … too much bugs . Basic testing would have resolved this

Watch turned off automatically and didn’t turn on for 3 days. After few days the watch went on Flying mode. There is no option in watch or Junicare app to turn off Flying mode. Cannot make any call from or to watch. There is no online support available.
