Как только захожу в приложение оно как обычно запрашивает фейс айди либо код, но после либо того либо другого оно грузится меньше секунды и снова запрашивает как в первый раз. Когда ввожу неверный пароль выходит иное сообщение и снова он не запрашивает данные входа, а как только ввожу правильные данные переспрашивает как в первый раз. Я так и не могу зайти на свой аккаунт.

Почему не приходит код в СМС?

Для получения SMS-кода, вам нужно стать клиентом Junior Bank, если вы еще не являетесь им. Ваш родитель может сделать это, скачав приложение BCC.kz и оформив карту Junior через него. После этого вы получите SMS-код.
