### 3/5 — Great idea but could do with some add ons

*2026-09-04*

Great idea and is great for managing symptoms. I would recommend these add ons though:

A tab like notes that we have on our phone where we can store any extra info we need on our health conditions such as:
Phone numbers, email addresses and names of specialists we are under
To write questions we may need to ask our specialists
To write symptoms and questions we may have to ask about getting tested for other conditions we haven’t had a diagnosis for yet
A list of things to do with our conditions such as appointments to book, people to contact
A place to write a list of any supplies we need to order related to our conditions

A tab where we can look up charities to help those with our condition or support hotlines may be good too. For example you type in your condition and it comes up with a list of places that you can contact for help.

And also maybe even a place where we can import important documents we may need in the future such as ones with official diagnosis on ect.

### 2/5 — Frustrated with subscription and cancellation policy - dark patterns

*2026-08-18, version 3.3.2*

I don’t love the interface. There are better tools. I just don’t wanted to try it and believe I inadvertently signed up for year at $59.99. I want to cancel, I never intended to subscribe. It is not in my app subscription list to cancel. I tried contacting customer support but received no response to my request to cancel. This is what is known by the FTC as “dark patterns”, deceptive practices that trick consumers into signing up then making it difficult or impossible to cancel the subscription.

### 4/5 — Love love so far

*2026-08-13*

Just started using and I’m in loving

### 3/5 — App layout

*2026-08-04, version 3.3.1*

I personally preferred the old app layout, is there anything to fix it

### 5/5 — Great so far

*2026-08-01, version 3.3.0*

I love the calming music

### 5/5 — Absolutely amazing

*2026-07-31, version 3.3.0*

Best app for managing the madness!

### 5/5 — No more worries

*2026-07-30*

Very easy to use and makes you feel listened to. Gives supportive feedback and helps calm the anxiety that pain can cause when it’s flaring up. I recommend this app. 100%!

### 5/5 — Huge confidence booster

*2026-07-26*

I felt more effective and confident in recent consultant appointment and my doctor was more responsive. Juno helped me be more precise and consistent and has turned me into a less stressed patient! This app is a major advance for health care management.

### 3/5 — Amazing app…till I couldn’t chat with Juno

*2026-07-24*

Got the app as I thought it would help me a lot. It did in the beginning, I loved my chats with Juno and I love that I can input my symptoms and medications. Logged in today and I can no longer chat with Juno for more than about 5 minutes a day. I cant justify paying for any of the subscription plans as I’m a student (yes I know there’s student plans too but these are still too expensive). Now stuck having one conversation with Juno that should take less than 20 minutes, of which I’d normally have had multiple conversations during the day, over numerous days!

### 5/5 — The Best Thing Ive Used!

*2026-07-23, version 3.2.6*

As someone who has been CI since 2022, Ive struggled to find a way to track my symptoms, show patterns, etc. This app makes it clear, to the point, yet able to add more detail when needed! I also super appreciate the ability to not have to use AI if I dont wish too! They are moving forward to always improve the app ,so this Cancer Survivor gives 5⭐️ :)

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Paid

*2026-09-06*

Hit a paywall immediately. I do not want your free trial because I have not intention of using a paid app. The end. What a bummer!

### 1/5 — Exploitation

*2026-08-19*

Cost $9.99/ a week
$24.99/ month
$129.99/year
For what nothing a lack of help, limited messages… and a pots warriors women’s only group Thats listed as males and females where teeny boopers have over ruled the group and don’t want boys talking so now a safe spot isn’t safe I never made a comment until it was calling out the group for literally calling every guy a creep… and not to speak because they want a certain age not specified .. it’s an open age app they’re should be a group just for them… exploit disabled for help and unity

### 1/5 — Too expensive

*2026-08-19*

Not only do you have hashimoto but this app kicks you in the gut almost immediately.
No way.

**Developer response:** Hi, we’re really sorry it felt that way. We know chronic illness is already expensive and exhausting, and we don’t want Juno to feel out of reach.

Juno does have a free version, a free trial, and we also offer sponsored plans for people who can’t afford Pro. If you email us at team@juno-chat.com, we’d be happy to help you get access.

Thank you for sharing this. We’re continuing to improve how we communicate pricing and make support available to more people.

### 1/5 — Not As Promised

*2026-08-19*

I signed up for the 7-day trial. There were links everywhere. If I tried to set a time that I took my medication, the roller to change the time wouldn’t work. In chatting with Juno AI, it would offer to record symptoms or change medication only to tell me after the fact it could not complete what it offered to do or that what it did not change and I approved in our chat didn’t really work. This is app so typing takes time. I’m willing to take the time for help in managing chronic illness and medication, but I don’t want to waste my time. That is part of what was happening. I get better “coaching” using Claude or Gemini. Unfortunately, I didn’t make it back to the Apple Store in time to cancel the 7-day trail so I was charged for it. I decided to try again. But I’ve wasted more time trying to work around glitches. This app is not worth the $99 they are charging for it. They need to work out the kinks before they charge that much. It could be really good and fun….if it actually worked.

### 1/5 — Can’t log symptoms from chat 🤯

*2026-08-16*

Despite how it is advertised, Juno does not have the capability to log symptoms from me telling them in the chat. This is the whole reason I got the app in the first place.

I am currently locked in for a year at $129/y. I am incredibly frustrated and greatly disappointed in this app.

**Developer response:** Really sorry for your experience. Juno should be able to help log symptoms from chat, so if that isn’t working for you, we’d really like to investigate and fix it.

Please reach out to us at team@juno-chat.com with the email linked to your Juno account, and we’ll look into what happened. If you’d prefer not to continue, we’re also happy to help with a refund.

### 1/5 — have to pay:(

*2026-08-08, version 3.3.1*

i’m so sad while signing up i was like omg this seems so helpful just to find out you have to pay for it </3 i hate that

### 1/5 — Not good

*2026-08-04, version 3.3.1*

The app does not upload any data from phones or devices you have to input everything yourself are spoken or typed.
There is no easy way to cancel a trial subscription and emails are not responded to.
When you click on the support page, it doesn’t load on any of my browsers that is Google Apple etc

### 1/5 — Cost

*2026-08-02, version 3.3.0*

The app is truly amazing, if you get the paid version. But it’s frustrating when you are chronically ill, unable to work, drowning in medical debt (and life in general) and a resource designed for those with these disabilities wants $100 for the app, and the weekly/monthly options are outrageous for an app. Just disappointing to get your hopes up yet again for something to help, only for the financial aspect to really show the lack of understanding around severe chronic illness. The free version doesn’t really do anything to make things simpler, track patterns, or help get answers with doctors.

### 1/5 — THE COST OF THIS APP

*2026-07-31, version 3.3.0*

This will cost you Between $150 to over $500 a year. You can’t begin a trial without agreeing to one of the three options of payment being $149.99 a year, $29.99 per month, or $9.99 per week.

### 1/5 — Disappointed

*2026-07-30, version 3.3.0*

Was excited to try to manage my illness. This has to be made by someone who doesn’t have an illness because the logging is way too simple. Anyone who knows what it’s like to have a true chronic illness, knows those prices are way beyond the average persons budget, ESPECIALLY someone with a chronic illness. Lastly, it’s literally set up like any other app.. to make money. Nothing original about this. Nothing you couldn’t do with a pen and paper.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — 👍👍

*2026-08-22*

Thank you to support whom listened and quickly updated to fix Med issue. That’s a first class response.

### 5/5 — She’s like a best friend

*2026-08-21*

I downloaded Juno after seeing several ads for it. It has been the best app for me getting some real answers about my chronic illness. I had an appointment about 2 1/2 weeks after getting Juno and was able to give my doctor a visual of exactly how bad my pain was, the symptoms and so much more. It’s always hard to remember everything you want to tell the doctor, with Juno you log it as it’s happening and you have a complete picture for them!! I love Juno!!!

### 5/5 — Just what i needed!

*2026-08-17, version 3.3.2*

It has everything from medication and habit tracking to symptom logs, support chats and more

### 5/5 — Must have for chronic illness

*2026-08-09, version 3.3.1*

I love this app, makes it so I can track my symptoms and print a report for the doctors. I don’t like the process tag most chronic illnesses people can’t really afford it but the app is awesome. You talk to her like a person and she tracks it all

### 5/5 — Amazing!!!!

*2026-08-07, version 3.3.1*

This app helps so much in making it easy to track symptoms and meds, which is hard to remember to do when dealing with chronic health issues. On top of that, the creators are incredibly kind and helpful and are so quick to respond and help with any app issues. Cannot recommend this app enough!!! Huge fan

### 5/5 — Honestly this is life saver

*2026-08-07*

This app has helped me through some really difficult days. It is enabled me to advocate with Health professionals and get things changed and actioned within care plans. The pacing and symptom tracking is fantastic and can be used to evidence to help professionals any patterns in your Health. The cheerleading and supportive aspect of this app has enable me to maintain my safety and emotional stability. I would recommend this to anybody in the chronic illness Community as it can support people in so many different ways.

### 5/5 — I love it

*2026-08-07*

It’s been so incredible as a teen managing chronic illness and is just everything I need and more.

### 5/5 — Chronic illness support

*2026-08-06, version 3.3.1*

A fun way to learn, log and be in a community that understands! Getting to understand and help you be you with the illness

### 5/5 — Un affordable for me

*2026-08-05, version 3.3.1*

Absolutely fantastic app, but unfortunately just out of my price range and I have multiple chronic illnesses

### 5/5 — Juno

*2026-08-02, version 3.3.0*

Best app I have ever used! I have compared this app to other chronic illness trackers and this one is the best
