Juno is the free memory book app for childhood memories with unique photo books. 
The days are long, but the years are short!
As a parent, you have a lot on your plate: Your kids’ special moments often fly by! Photos and videos are in raw numbers, disorganized on your family’s smartphones. Memory books to fill out look nice, but you just don’t have time to sit down at night. Plus, you wish you could delete some questions and add others. Here comes the solution!

Diese App ist dafür verantwortlich, dass wir nach fünf Jahren noch wissen, wann unser Kind seine ersten Zähne bekommen hat etc. :) sie is mega zu bedienen, und die gedruckten Bücher finden wir viel schöner als einfache Fotobücher. Schenken sie immer Oma und Opa. Danke, Juno!

### 4/5 — Tolle Idee & Umsetzung mit kleinen Bugs

Ich bin mit der App super zufrieden. Tolle Idee und Umsetzung. 

Besonders gefallen uns der Fokus auf Datensicherheit und Werbefreiheit. Es ist ein bisschen wie Social Media, nur ohne die ganzen Nachteile für einen wirklich fairen Preis im Abo.

In den letzten Tagen sind mir leider zwei Bugs aufgefallen:
1. Das Vorschaubild nimmt, wenn man nicht dem automatischen Vorschlag folgt und den Bildausschnitt zum Beispiel anpasst, einen zusätzlichen der auf vier begrenzten Bilderslots pro Ereignis ein. Das sollte im Hintergrund passieren. Im Fotobuch wären in diesem Fall auch zwei Bilder des selben Motivs.

2. Bei Freunden und Verwandten mit einem Gerät von Samsung lässt sich die App seit zwei Tagen nicht mehr öffnen, sondern stürzt direkt ab. Das wird hoffentlich zeitnah behoben.

Man, ich bin ehrlich enttäuscht. Für 150€ eine eine ziemliche Enttäuschung. Anfragen und Kontakt wg Anliegen werden vom Support einfach ignoriert und nicht beantwortet. Was soll das? 😔
Zudem so häufig keine Videos und Fotos aus den Erinnerungen abrufbar. Meine verlinkten Familienmitglieder nutzen die App deswegen schon nicht mehr. Traurig 😓

Wie schon im Support gesagt, hatte ich aus dem Urlaub schon eine lange Antwort an dich gedraftet, aber dann war leider alles weg. Das tut mir sehr leid und ist uns auch noch nie vorher passiert. Wir sind ein Zwei-Mann-Familienunternehmen und versuchen für unsere User:innen alles zu tun. Es war nur eine Mail, keine mehreren Anliegen, das möchte ich dazu sagen. Wir sind sonst sehr stolz auf unseren schnellen Support. Wenn keine Videos und Erinnerungen abrufbar sind bei dir, ist das ungewöhnlich. Kannst du mir dazu bitte mal das verwendete Gerät beschreiben (gern als Antwort auf meine Antwort im Support). Zu den anderen Punkten hatte ich dir ja bereits geantwortet: Daheim selbst Fotobücher auszudrucken ist imho nicht möglich, daher übernehmen wir das mit unseren Partnerdruckereien. Am Computer kannst du deine Fotobücher bearbeiten und auch Fotos vom Computer hochladen. Auch kannst du mit der Premiumversion der App deine Erinnerungen verknüpft mit Fotos exportieren. Tut mir leid, dass du bisher nicht zufrieden bist, wir werden uns darum kümmern. Wir hören uns im Support! Die App ist schlicht und ansprechend. Es gibt vergleichsweise wenige Funktionen, aber genau das finde ich charmant. Lieber ein schlankes aber durchdachtes Produkt als eine Software die alles kann (Am Ende nutzt man ja doch nur einen kleinen Teil).

Ich hatte anfangs ein technisches Problem. Der Support ist aber super (persönlich und effektiv). Die App entstammt keiner großen, gesichtslosen Softwarefirma, sondern wird mit Sorgfalt und Hetzblut betreut und weiterentwickelt.

Daher macht mir die App Spaß, was dazu führt, dass ich gerne immer mal wieder ein Foto oder ein paar Zeilen eintrage. Dadurch sammelt sich kein loser Haufen Fotos auf dem Handy, sondern gut sortierte Erinnerungen.

### 5/5 — Keine Angst mehr, Erinnerungen zu verlieren

Bin so happy, dass wir diese App gefunden haben. Meine Mutter hat früher für uns Kinder noch so richtige Fotoalben mit „echten“ Fotos gemacht, saß Abende lang am Esstisch, hat sortiert, geklebt, geschrieben. Und hat uns damit einfach tolle Erinnerungen geschaffen. Als unsere Tochter geboren wurde war mir klar, dass ich das am liebsten auch so machen würde - aber ich war realistisch genug um zu wissen, dass das im Alltag untergehen würde. 

Also gesucht, nach digitalen Lösungen und lange nichts gefunden. Bis ich auf Juno gestoßen bin. Wenn schon nicht selber kleben, dann bitte hiermit arbeiten. Einmal die Woche habe ich einen reminder im Kalender um zu schauen, ob es in den letzten Tagen etwas gab, was ich gerne hier festhalten möchte. 10 Minuten später bin ich fertig. Und freue mich jetzt schon über das zurückblättern uns auf das erste gedruckte Album. 

Einzig, dass man noch keine Fotos aus geteilten Alben hinzufügen kann tut der Nutzungsfreude derzeit noch einen Abbruch, da wir in einem solchen alle Bilder sammeln. Hier war ich aber schon mit den Entwickler:innen im Kontakt und dieses Feature ist wohl gerade in der Planung. Hoffentlich kommt es bald!

Also, kurz und gut: wenn ihr Euch und Euren Familien dauerhaft Erinnerungen schenken wollt, ist das Eure App. Toll in der Anwendung, schön Designt, viele tolle Features und dann auch noch aus Deutschland. Danke im Namen unserer kleinen Familie!

Warum muss ich mich anmelden, registrieren und schon anfangen mit ausfüllen bis ich erfahre „oh, das kannst du alles nicht, das kostet Geld!!!“ Furchtbar. Ich will das mein Account und all meine Daten sofort gelöscht werden!!!!

**Developer response:** Hallo MamaKiki20, wir möchten unsere App möglichst vielen Familien zur Verfügung stellen und haben deswegen ein "Freemium"-Modell. Das heißt, einige Funktionen der App, wie Fotos zu Meilensteinen hinzufügen, alle in mühevoller Arbeit angelegten Fragen zur Entwicklung zu nutzen und auszufüllen, sind kostenfrei verfügbar. So lässt sich auch ein wunderbares Erinnerungsbuch drucken und kein Meilenstein mehr vergessen. Da wir auf sicheren deutschen Servern arbeiten, können wir nicht unbegrenzt kostenfrei Fotos (und Videos) von euch speichern und haben daher eine Premium-Version für Funktionen wie das unbegrenzte Hochladen von Fotos, oder das Hochladen von Videos, die im gedruckten Buch als QR-Codes auftauchen können. Die Bedingungen und Preise dieser Premium-Version sind sehr gut sichtbar in der App Store-Beschreibung ersichtlich. Eine supertolle App um all die wunderschönen und einzigartigen Momente im Leben unserer Kinder festzuhalten! Man kann seine Erinnerungen mit Text, einigen Fotos und sogar einem Video vom ersten Tag der Schwangerschaft an, bis hin zum 18. Geburtstag festhalten. Ich bin echt begeistert von der App und nutze sie schon fleißig. Jetzt kann ich endlich jederzeit (!) unsere schönsten Momente festhalten und sie direkt am Handy in der App abspeichern oder bearbeiten. Oder wenn mal wieder etwas Zeit übrig ist ... Und wenn man möchte, kann man seine Einträge mit den Fotos auch als Erinnerungsbuch ausdrucken lassen! Sogar die Videos können dann mithilfe eines QR-Codes im Buch abgespielt werden :)

love the idea, but if you think I am going to give you personal details about my child without first getting to try your app’s features, you are mistaken. give me a few hints to save memories and let me see how you display them, before you ask for my personal details to be saved in the cloud. I’ll leave the app installed for a couple months to see if you address this in an update.

We were also thinking about only making an email address and a password necessary for registering, but once you're in the app and creating a feed for your child, we need more information about you and your child anyway (e.g., date of birth of the child and your relationship to be able to display who you are when you're making an entry in your child's feed). Before you're adding your child, you're not able to see what's in the app as we're creating our automatic suggestions based on the date of birth. We're thinking about workarounds after your feedback and are trying to solve your concern, which we absolutely get. Diese Service erleichtert es einem, die schönsten, aufregendsten, unvergesslichen Momente des Kinderlebens festzuhalten und vor allem auch die Schnappschüsse von Familie und Freunden zu sammeln. Das hat wirklich gefehlt!

Die App ist intuitiv zu bedienen, so dass auch Großeltern leicht dit zurecht kommen.
