In an industry that seems stagnant - where the only competition is to see who can increase their prices the fastest/highest - everything about Juno is a breath of fresh air. For the first time in my pets’ 15year lives, I have their medical records, invoices, lab results, etc at my fingertips. But the real real value here is having access to virtual care 24/7. It seems my pets only have emergencies at 2am and it’s always a huge relief to be able to access knowledgeable care at any time of the day or night.
