Avoid! *2026-07-16* Do not trust this app for flight bookings. I requested a partial flight cancellation, and it turned into an absolute nightmare. It took them weeks just to process a basic request. To make matters worse, they deducted an arbitrary, massive amount for the cancellation—completely ignoring their own policy that states cancellation is free once a year. When I asked for a transparent breakdown of the charges, they completely ghosted me. I have followed up multiple times and have received absolutely nothing. There is no customer service phone number to call, and their in-app support channels have completely stopped responding to my raised queries. Once they have your money, they hide behind an unresponsive chat interface. Save yourself the stress and use a reliable platform instead. ### 1/5 — Dont use it *2026-06-07* Jupiter provided me credit card but it will not work ### 1/5 — Jupiter app is fraud company *2026-06-06* I am writing to report severe issues with your app. My account was closed without my consent, and all my funds were unlawfully deducted from my Jupiter account. Currently, your support team is ignoring my emails and messages within the Jupiter app. Furthermore, after being prompted to update the application, I am now facing a 'version not supported' error. My account has been suspended for three months. I successfully added an alternate bank account on the 25th, yet the only response I occasionally receive is an automated reply asking me to re-enter my details after 48 hours. This has not resolved the issue, and the application is now completely inaccessible to me. Appreciate your patience. ### 1/5 — Application *2026-04-25, version 3.2.16* The application is very user-friendly. Extremely easy to operate. A few months ago the bank or the application handlers suddenly stopped it. Therefore we are unable to check the payments and balance etc. It was absolutely unacceptable since it was done without prior notification to the customers. There were no one was able to help us to retrieve the accounts. The reason mentioned was forcing the unsuspecting customers to upgrade their OS to 17 and above which was a very cumbersome job for us. Kindly do the needful by downgrading the OS to a minimum of 16. Hope you understand it and do the needful at the earliest and oblige. Thank you ### 2/5 — Keeps changing terms and conditions *2026-02-25* Initially, they were offering a free account with zero balance, then after few months they asked to maintain minimum 10,000 to get debit card annual fee waived off then again after sometime they asked to open another FD to open for minimum 10 K amount to get the same benefits. Later on , again after few months, they asked the same, to maintain one more 10K FD and again I did the same. Then again after sometime, they have changed the terms and conditionsthat and now Debit Card fee is not waived off, even after fulfilling all these conditions. Regarding cashbacks, not usable at all, you can use those to buy gift cards and the conversion rate is so low. First, they drown you in loan and credit card offers, bombarding you with notifications, ads, and gentle-sounding nudges that are anything but gentle. The goal isn’t convenience — it’s to push you into credit products so they can start charging. Once you take a loan or use their credit facilities, everything changes. A minor delay is treated like a moral crime. Instead of clear communication or rational support, you get harassment and pressure tactics that feel designed to intimidate. Respect, empathy, and professionalism evaporate the moment money is on the line. Support is useless, escalation goes nowhere, and transparency is a joke. Every query about charges, interest calculations, or repayment terms gets deflected with scripted responses that dodge real answers. And the worst? When you try to close your account, Jupiter doesn’t let you go without paying up. They charge you to exit the very ecosystem they lured you into. Paying to leave your own account isn’t just bad policy — it’s exploitation. This is not user-centric finance. It’s a bait-and-switch racket where: • You’re pushed into loans and credit with endless prompts. • You’re harassed over tiny delays with foul and aggressive tactics. • You’re penalized with hidden or opaque fees. • You’re asked to pay even to close your account. Jupiter doesn’t offer financial empowerment — it offers financial entrapment. ****Stay as far away as possible.**** I would really appreciate if Apple developers restrict this application and completely remove it from AppStore because it’s a scam application. ### 3/5 — All good till you have issue *2026-01-10* While reviewing my Magic Spends transactions, I noticed a failed transaction (Gold purchase) where the amount was debited from my account but no refund has been processed. Upon further verification, I found multiple similar instances where funds were debited for failed transactions, but the corresponding refunds were not credited. To resolve this matter, I attempted to contact Jupiter support through the following channels: 1. In-app chat: I was advised to raise the issue through the “Raise Dispute” section 2. Raise Dispute section: I received a message stating that Federal Bank does not address such transactions and was asked to contact Jupiter Customer Care directly 3. Customer Care call: Despite waiting for over 10 minutes, I was unable to connect with a representative 4. Mailed to customer care..with all details and screenshot of my difficulties in contacting them but I keep getting one mail asking for some more time....recently that also is not there. Careful with New age fintech companies making it difficult to contact them in case of issue.
