Đặt premium mà nhân viên không mang đủ đồ nghề, tự ý dùng đồ của khách. Dọn gian dối không sạch, cuối giờ còn ăn vạ bắt đánh giá tốt. Đặt lần đầu và cũng là lần cuối.

### 1/5 — Tồi tệ , không nên sử dụng

1. Không giữ đúng cam kết trong hợp đồng với khách hàng ( kí hợp đồng định kì cố định 1 nhân viên nhưng tuỳ ý cử nhiều nhân viên lạ đến mà k thông báo với khách hàng) 
2. Không có trách nhiệm xử lý, chăm sóc khách hàng khi khách hàng có khiếu nại. 
3. Loanh quanh vòng vo né tránh không giải thích và giải quyết theo hướng khách yêu cầu. Công ty vẫn chủ ý điều người lạ đến nhà làm việc không có sự thông báo
4. Người giúp việc không đạt tiêu chuẩn, thiếu kinh nghiệm làm việc căn bản.

Sao jupviec.vn toàn cử mấy nhân viên không có khả năng xử lý vấn đề cũng như không có thẩm quyền quyết định để làm việc với khách không vậy? jupviec.vn Làm phiền và làm mất thời gian của khách. Cty jupviec.vn giải quyết khiếu nại của khách theo kiểu lằng nhằng, trốn tránh và kiên quyết giữ tiền của khách dù không đáp ứng được dịch vụ theo cam kết vậy à? 

Cả cty lớn vậy mà không có nổi 1 ai là quản lý/điều hành đứng ra để giải quyết 1 vấn đề bé tý của khách cho đàng hoàng. Lằng nhằng cả tuần chưa giải quyết được. Nội bộ Đùn đẩy trách nhiệm người này người kia. Có mấy triệu bạc mà chấp nhận đánh đổi uy tín cty để giữ tiền của khách bằng mọi cách. Jupviec.vn Dịch vụ thì tệ, cskh jupviec.vn càng tệ hơn.

Lên trang web tìm hiểu các loại dịch vụ thì ko có thông tin chi tiết mà cứ ra phần đặt dịch vụ luôn. Đang tìm hiểu thì cứ hiện quảng cáo tải app. Ko muốn tải, bấm tắt đi thì nó cứ chạy vào AppStore, như trêu ngươi vậy! Bực cả mình.
