## What is Jureskogs?

App, app, app!
Whether you want to eat at home, outdoors in the fresh air, or in our constantly freshly polished Jureskogs, our app is now available!

We love fast food, especially burgers. We naively believe that almost everyone does. It's simple, delicious, and fun! But in the way of this obviousness stands a widespread belief that fast food equals junk food. And in many cases, it is. We aim to change that! Because why should simplicity equate to bad? Bad for you, for the environment, and for the animals? It's completely backwards! What we love the most should also be the best. There should be goodness in good.

Calling our food fast food is actually quite strange. The only thing fast in our process is how quickly we prepare your food. Because it's fast. Almost everything else has taken more time than you're used to at a fast food restaurant. It took over a year just to find the right meat supplier, and it turned out to be a farmer who had never intended to be a meat supplier. Unlike most others, we use meat from animals that have had a different purpose their entire lives – dairy cows. Meat that both tastes and feels better. And that's how we want it here at Jureskogs. It should both taste and feel better.
