The property was dirty, bedding was filthy, bathrooms had mold, and AI based customer support does nothing to rectify the situation in a timely manner. Thanks Jurny! ### 1/5 — Unable to launch *2022-09-28, version 4.4.3* Everything refers me to “use the app” however on 2 different phones the app tells me I have no Internet connection despite me being able to download the silly thing. Checked settings verified it’s allowed access to cellular, I see it is sending data out over cellular. I don’t know. It’s broke so 0 stars. ### 1/5 — App didn’t work *2022-09-26, version 4.4.3* I was given an incorrect code to access my room and could not get logged into the app. Even now that I’m home I still get the same error message that there is no network available. ### 3/5 — Overall okay *2022-09-19, version 4.4.3* Our experience wasn’t bad overall. We did have issues with the app not opening our door, then had to wait for customer service for over 25 minutes while standing in the hall to get into our room. From there, the room itself was fairly clean except for the following : the bathroom floor in the corners were dirty, the walls in the room and in the bathroom had what appeared to be dirty handprints, water streaks ( I know this happens with humidity ), a dirty QTip in the wardrobe , the shampoo , conditioner, and body wash were all basically empty , and there was hair ( not ours because I’m bald and my husbands is grey and short ) stuck in towels and in the bed. The front door was also not locking properly but appeared to be fixed when we were checking out. Lastly, the AC unit fan blew air on you all night and the pad for it wouldn’t hold it to be pointed more w the floor versus directly on you. The hotel is located in a very convenient area which also made for a better stay overall. ### 4/5 — Baltimore stay *2022-08-07, version 4.4.3* We thoroughly enjoyed our Jurny stay at the old Hotel Brexton in the Mount Vernon neighborhood. The location was great, street parking easy, room comfortable and cute. Self check-in was also easy. Only minor inconveniences: it would be nice to have a shelf or two hung in the bathroom to make up for the lack of counter space, and we missed having a box of tissues and some shower gel. The towels were nice, though, and very absorbent.
