We did have issues with the app not opening our door, then had to wait for customer service for over 25 minutes while standing in the hall to get into our room. From there, the room itself was fairly clean except for the following : the bathroom floor in the corners were dirty, the walls in the room and in the bathroom had what appeared to be dirty handprints, water streaks ( I know this happens with humidity ), a dirty QTip in the wardrobe , the shampoo , conditioner, and body wash were all basically empty , and there was hair ( not ours because I’m bald and my husbands is grey and short ) stuck in towels and in the bed. The front door was also not locking properly but appeared to be fixed when we were checking out. Lastly, the AC unit fan blew air on you all night and the pad for it wouldn’t hold it to be pointed more w the floor versus directly on you. The hotel is located in a very convenient area which also made for a better stay overall. ### 4/5 — Baltimore stay *2022-08-07, version 4.4.3* We thoroughly enjoyed our Jurny stay at the old Hotel Brexton in the Mount Vernon neighborhood. The location was great, street parking easy, room comfortable and cute. Self check-in was also easy. Only minor inconveniences: it would be nice to have a shelf or two hung in the bathroom to make up for the lack of counter space, and we missed having a box of tissues and some shower gel. The towels were nice, though, and very absorbent. We will stay with you again. ### 3/5 — App stopped working and there’s no support team *2022-03-15, version 4.1.0* App was working then one day it won’t let me log in stating I don’t have internet connection which I do. There’s no contact or support team listed on the app prior to login or on their online website. I had to do some googling to find an email address to contact but that’s all I got. It had many great features, such as the ability for 24/7 support. It is user friendly, and I liked the interface. However, I found that the unlock room feature did not always work, so I would have to type in the code on the actual keypad of the room. The property was dirty, bedding was filthy, bathrooms had mold, and AI based customer support does nothing to rectify the situation in a timely manner. Checked settings verified it’s allowed access to cellular, I see it is sending data out over cellular. I don’t know. Customer service is horrible and unhelpful. These people have a long way to go if they want to be in tourism industry. No typing necessary. Really smooth experience. It was very convenient and easy to use. I happened to be one of those difficult customers who had a lot of requests and questions, and the customer service was excellent. Super fast response (within minutes), and very accommodating to all our needs. It was convenient being able to use the app for locking/unlocking the unit, and temp control, etc. and we really appreciated all the suggestions we got from the JURNY staff about things to do in the area. It was very nice! *2021-03-03, version 3.0.3* When I arrived I had a little bit of trouble with which room I was to stay in. I was able to quickly get assistance when I called and was immediately assisted with getting into my room. I have only one suggestion: Because this is a new concept, when a reservation is approved, include a message within the approval email that informs the guest that all communications concerning updates to the reservation will be communicated within the Jurny application and via email so please check email often in the event changes are necessary. If I had known that, I would not have had to call to get the updated information for my reservation. I don’t check email often when I am on vacation. I realized the necessity for checking my email or the concierge portion in the application only after I was all checked into the room and saw the email pop in with the updated pin code for the door after I spoke with the Jurny representative. Everything in the room was perfect. The bed was very comfortable. The pillows and the faux fur throw on the bed were the best! The room had just about everything any guest would need! I’ll stay again. ### 5/5 — Best Stay *2021-03-01, version 3.0.3* I recently stayed at one of their South Beach Miami locations and it was an amazing trip. Not only was the unit/building beautiful but the technology to get into the unit/work the unit was super helpful. I loved being able to do everything from the touch of my fingertips.
