WOMENS WELLNESS Our womens wellness group offers women a safe place to meet and discuss everyday issues and boost confidence and wellbeing. Our group also enjoy regular workshops, activities and excursions in order to promote positive mental health. COMMUNITY We try to be a visual presence in the community to promote our charity and the services we offer. We regularly host events for our community and for all to get involved in from Fun days to Football Tournaments and everything in between. WORKSHOPS We can provide custom tailored workshops for any group around key areas such as mental health, confidence and resilliance.
