I went into the app and tried to reset it, but the reset kept failing. Over a course of a few days Ray was helping me and checking with the techs to figure out the problem. First of all the deposit and payment, affordable! I was shocked. As a single mother it was a huge relief finding out that I can afford insurance! Second. I love how easy is to navigate the app. Third. When sending a message or email they reply fast! Fourth. Theres an option to turn off the gps or odometer reader not sure how it’s called but you can turn it off when you’re not using your insured car. For my job I use the company’s vehicle so I was afraid the app would charge me for the miles I was doing in my works car but now I know there’s a on and off button! So that also helps. Anyways I am satisfied with this insurance! And yes it’s legit! 👍👍👍👍 04/08/2026 - I am still with this insurance! Still satisfied! Have had it for a week, so far ive paid $260 for a downpayment, and now after 6 days of being insured with them and driving about 350 miles in total for work, they want $280..? every 2 weeks?!? Also I got lied to saying they offered SR22s. Anyway Well when I opened a new account, I got a random charge from the insure app like 20 minutes after making the account. I open the app to see it was actively charging me for driving but i was passenger with my mom. Well found out they have a location tracker so if I’m in a vehicle and they assume I’m driving they charge me. Well I called the company trying to get refunded and I had to show them proof I wasn’t driving. Ended up on a rude long call with a very unprofessional worker trying to get the 45$ they charged me back into my account because I was not driving. Well I Ended up finding out they don’t even offer sr22s and I got lied to. I tried to cancel my subscription after paying all that money. Finally got ahold of the manger who was rude. Argued for about 20 more minutes then they refunded the money back to me beside like 79 because I had there insurance still for 2 days and they were going to charge me for driving with my mom still even though I was the passenger. Whatever fine. Well the next day they charge my bank 125$ for the next month. I called them and they were so disrespectful saying they weren’t refunding it. I hung up called my bank, showed the bank proof and got refunded. A year later it was on my collections saying I owe them. Anyways it’s off my collections now after getting people involved but they are such a big waste of time and a huge scam. FFF THIS INSURANCE COMPANY, don’t waste your time or your money. ### 1/5 — Communist app *2025-11-05, version 3.125.4* These people are relentless. I do not recommend this type of insurance for a car you are barely driving - you have to constantly take photos and check in and keep tracking on. If you don’t respond instantly because you’re going about life, they’ll drain your bank account with charges and fees.
