It’s easy to place an order and I love the fact that you don’t have to make an account to order. Prices are beyond insane however. There’s no way you’re convincing me to pay $12 for a cup of microwaved mac n’ cheese. ### 1/5 — App Asked for Payment Before Ensuring Machine Functionality *2024-08-27* Just used this app for the first time and wasted almost $10. The kiosk wants you to download the app to order ahead, but does not check if the machine is working before making you pay. In my case, the machine and the card reader on it were both unresponsive, just switching between different advertising screens. Touch screen buttons didn't work and neither did the QR code reader. The search functions for nearby kiosks seems to filter for machines that don't work or are offline but apparently it doesn't. You'd be better off not wasting your money on this scam. ### 2/5 — Food is Overpriced *2024-08-27* They installed one at my College this year and everything is way too expensive, no College Student is paying $8 for a Tuna Melt, or $10 for some Alfredo Penne. Needs fixing badly. ### 1/5 — Hard to understand *2024-07-14* Be careful using these. They don’t make your order clear before you pay. Didn’t find out I had been charged for 2 meals until later when I got texted my receipt.
