I stumbled upon this app and upon opening it I was intrigued by what the hydration level of bread is in which it inspired me to bake a loaf.
It’s the first time I baked bread, thanks to the app for giving me that push to bake a loaf and to understand the right mix to hydrate the bread!
Mmmm bread.
