## What is Just Care for Families?

Parents enrolled in the Just Care for Families program can use this app to work on goal setting and making progress in all six areas of the program including: parenting, mental health, substance use, navigating systems, community building, and basic needs. Parents can use the app both on their own and in collaboration with their Care Coach.
