Currently having a blank map is really inconvenient. I am having major issues with loading after even drawing 300 meters and is making the process of drawing my trip around Australia very painful. I have even taken off the snap to roads automatically to make the app not work as hard and have now shut down any other options in the settings menu bit it has made no difference at all . I have a I phone Xs max and have 4G service so I don’t know why I’m having problems. I hope you can help . Möchte man also spontan mal in einer fremden Region eine Route erstellen, wird es schwierig... Hat man seinen Ort aber gefunden, kommt das nächste. Man malt sich die ersten Meter und bekommt eine Endlose Ladeuhr mit der Folge, dass keine anderen Eingaben der App mehr funktionieren. Schade. ### 4/5 — Solid route planner. *2020-11-18* Basically you draw a line and save it. You can then follow this. For me that's allowing me to drive along unfamiliar suburban routes. (This is a planner app, not a route recorder app, in case the reader is also looking at that) Trial mode is just one short route but MOST importantly, purchase is a reasonable price, you don't get charged for features, and it's not that stupid subscription model which I will never do. Don't zoom out too far or the snap-to-roads goes all over the shop. I presume that's the google API? To Jose.. It would be good to have an Open Street Map option. It would be good if the app didn't default to opening a route with the final node in edit mode. An accidental gesture can mess with the route. Oddly the rest of the settings have no option after save to modify anything so I can't change the route colour or style. A feature I want to see implemented is a toggle (using the existing centre-my-location button) to keep the current position centered so that I don't have to keep adjusting the map at every stoplight. If you could redraw the blue dot over the top of the route-line that would also help while driving. Not terribly important but it's odd that only one route can be displayed at a time. A checkbox style route selector could be used to toggle visibility of multiple routes (for comparison or as optional paths while driving). There's a noticeable lack of bloat which I appreciate but a simple page of helpful notes under the 'about' menu-option would have been good. I use a completely different tool to _record_ tracks in real time, which this app doesn't do. I haven't needed to import any of those to this app but I'm glad that I can. La había bajado y dejado para otro día... se me olvidó su utilidad en navegación, gran fallo, debería su titulo hacer referencia a su uso. Cuando la he retomado me di cuenta que es la herramienta que busco en otras app, pero en sencillo, a mano, con enormes posibilidades prácticas off road, ojalá tb usara app mapas, un acierto!!! ### 1/5 — Dont waste your money *2020-06-25* This app is garbage. I deleted the app and downloaded again and no luck the same buffering, I also tried to restore purchases again buffering, however, when I used the upgrade button as a test I was asked to purchase said app again, once paid for I’m not buying again if already upgraded. It also gives you elevation information which is vital for long distance cycling routes. ### 5/5 — Awesome App...Trailblazer 🏃5️⃣⭐️💥 *2021-02-02, version 2.2.0* I’ve been using this app for awhile now and must say it’s my go to app for all my trail run planning. I’ve never had an issue with the app crashing even though I run beta iOS firmware (usually have other apps that run into problems whilst on beta). Someone mentioned not being able to re-edit a saved route which I agree should be fixed. Allows for faster workflow when you want more variety on specific areas without having to start from scratch. Also the ability to reorder the saved routes in your order of preference would be a great addition (collections is a nice touch still). I use a garmin watch for my trail runs and have never used the gpx file transfer feature offered but it’s a good touch although seen a comment on it being not useable. Normally I would just use garmin websites to plan routes that I need syncing to watch but this app I use on the fly giving me a rough idea when I quickly just want to know trail distance of a quick run. Again as someone mentioned the fact that you draw extra routes when your wanting pinch to zoom can be quite annoying at times. Not a deal breaker but maybe more user friendly interface to solve that issue would be welcoming. Overall, I love this app and it has served me well. I’ve given it 5⭐️ at it hasn’t given me any bother to the point of frustration. No app is perfect although developers strive for it to be. App evolves with user constructive criticism or ideas with developers taking feedback great or bad as a positive. Double thumbs up from me 👍👍 ### 5/5 — Exactly what I’ve been looking for! *2020-09-04* I wanted an app to map out motorcycle routes exploring back roads. Ive tried every gps/route app I could get and most let you drop “pins” or “waypoints” but they recalculate your route to use main roads. Meaning you have a ton of work to do to remap parts of the route. This app allows you to tell it where you want to go, most apps tell you where to go.
