Waited an hour and half for 7 out of 50 of my items to arrive the delivery guy said another person would follow and they never arrived I couldn’t get through to anyone the next day Sainsbury’s explained the couriers picked up my order but I never received it. The customer service e people refused to refund me

Absolutely shocking service. My order was an hour late with zero communication, no confirmation, nothing. I had to call the “restaurant” myself, and even they told me to avoid Just Eat. Trying to speak to anyone is impossible - everything is automated. After a pointless back‑and‑forth over email, I was basically told “tough” and that no refund or compensation would be given. No care, no accountability, no customer service. Avoid.
