Complained to just eat and sent multiple detailed emails to the app saying I should receive a refund due to the terrible food and lack of customer service and they are refusing to give compensation. They then told the us the delivery service said they’d delivered it, offering no proof. The second we said we’d dispute the charge with our credit card company, magically the food showed up about half an hour later — nearly two hours after the original delivery time.
