No warm up and cool down with each training which are very important. 
For gym version not much machines been used, but for home version there are exercises can’t do at home as some the equipment people don’t use at home.

Why the update to reflect a male person’s figure?
I didn’t mind it just using the muscular skeleton to choose exercise options. I’m female, why not use a female’s figure? Disappointing. The musculoskeletal figure was gender neutral at least!! 
Otherwise, I absolutely love this app!

Just getting started and trying this app out. So far it seems pretty easy to navigate. 

My only complaint right now is the muscle group mannequin. 

What about women’s anatomy also being an option for the training grid?

The app that almost has everything! All the workouts and plus it has a fit tips where it tells you what you need to do.

Contents are great. The language follows my phone’s setting automatically. Will it possible to add a feature/option to allow us to change the language for the app? I just feel more comfortable when reading all the technical stuff with my first language. Thank you

Finally an app that does what it says.  I have been working out almost daily for 40 years. This app is easy to use and shows proper techniques and all the info you need on muscle groups.  If this was my app I’d charge $ for it.
