## What is Just for Today?

Just for Today is a simple, calm clean time counter for anyone on the road to recovery.

COUNT EVERY SECOND Set your start date and time and see exactly how long you've been clean: years, months, days, hours, minutes and seconds. Tap the screen to see your total time in months, days, hours or even seconds.

KEYTAGS FOR MILESTONES A welcome keytag from the very first minute, then 30, 60 and 90 days, 6 and 9 months, 1 year, 18 months and every year after that. Your latest keytag is always one tap away.

RECOVERY JOURNAL Check in every day: log your mood and how strong the craving was, write down what you're grateful for and what happened. Your streak, average mood and a 30-day mood chart show how you're doing over time, and every entry shows which day of your clean time it was.

A PHRASE FOR EVERY DAY 300 short, supportive phrases about honesty, acceptance, gratitude and moving forward. A new one every time you open the app; tap the cup for the next. No repeats until you've seen them all.

CALL YOUR SPONSOR Save your sponsor's number or pick it from Contacts, and call with one tap when it matters.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN No sign-up, no ads, no tracking. The app works offline and all your data, including your journal, stays on your iPhone or iPad.

This app is not medical care and is not affiliated with any organization or fellowship. If you need help, please reach out to a professional or a support line.
