My only complaint is that the game does not give you nearly enough coins to buy more puzzles and I personally think that it should at least have a steak count to earn more instead of only having the payment options. Other than that it is a really good game and it really helps relax my mind. I recommend playing it daily!!! ### 2/5 — My favorite puzzle app! Until... *2026-05-29, version 2.0.21* Idk what happened, but all of my progress was erased, I hate it when apps do that. It was fine a couple of days ago. They also started using AI images. I'm sorry, some of the artwork, especially the fairy ones looked like they came from a bad Barbie fantasy movie, and others were straight up horrendous, but at least they were made by a human. I can literally feel the heat through the screen. It's bad enough that I don't feel comfortable having it open more than 5 minutes (it heats up fast!) I don't have this problem with any other app. This is the best puzzle app by a lot so I was disappointed when the company didn't reply when I reported this problem. Until the past four or five months when it started lagging and you try to move pieces and nothing happens then maybe 30 seconds later it happens. I clicked on the help link and it takes me to a website not found. I have actually spent money on these puzzles and I’m very frustrated. Does the company support its product? I’ve done my research and tried to do everything to people are saying to do to fix the issue with no luck. If I go back,the puzzle has not been saved where I left it. Just had a puzzle completed except 3 pieces. The completed puzzle is gone and it gives me a completely disassembled puzzle. I absolutely love it and have been playing for about 2years. No other app like this comes anywhere near as brilliant.
