I can’t load the wallet portion at all. Not a very good app at all. ### 1/5 — Useless *2024-10-02* Why do I need to log into an app that I'm already logged into to place an order? Why am I not able to store my card information for ease of payment? ### 1/5 — Worthless *2024-01-04* There’s no description on half of the menu items. I have no idea what many of these things are. Currently input of phone number into the app as part of onboarding does not work. Email login likewise does not work. Hint: if you can’t login, it’s hard to buy stuff. It also emails me a code, which I tried and got an error saying “email onboarding type not allowed.” Waste of time. ### 1/5 — App never works!!! *2021-06-10, version 3.0.2* Their app has never worked for me! Not the old one and not the new one. I have an account and they send emails to me. But they don’t recognize my email address on the app. Useless! I’ll delete it. ### 2/5 — Wallet doesn’t work *2024-11-12* I added money to my wallet to pay via the wallet and the first time I uploaded it it worked and my payment was successfully withdrawn from the wallet. The 2nd time I went, it charged the full amount to my debit card instead of taking the money from the wallet. The third time I went it did the same thing, but since I was aware of the issue the employee voided the charge and was unable to figure out how to use the money from my wallet. ### 2/5 — I can't even log in *2023-09-29* I don't know if there's a glitch but I cannot log in on this app. What the what?!? ### 2/5 — New store location not on app *2023-08-31* Berea KY location is not available on the app to place an order. ### 3/5 — Meh *2022-03-23, version 5.0.2* Lots of items don’t have descriptions (what’s a Dream Zinger?). No option to save debit card info without setting up a “wallet”, and the wallet option will not work for me. So, I have to input my card every single time. The “iced” option disappeared all of a sudden?? Anyway, it’s meh. ## Most praised reviews (7 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — My Favorite Coffee! *2023-12-29* And not just because we got a gift card from the owner! This place is so cute and inviting! Kind and knowledgeable employees at the Fayetteville, NC, store, who make you feel welcome is just the cherry on top! The coffee and drinks are amazing! My faves are the Mocha Frappe and Riptide Rush. Just DELICIOUS beverages hands down. I haven’t tried a drink yet I don’t like!
