## What is Just One?

One thing at a time.

Just One rests on a simple idea: each day, you choose ONE thing that truly deserves your attention. Not twenty-five tasks, not a list that keeps growing, not guilt at bedtime. One priority, one decision, one outcome.

HOW IT WORKS

In the morning, you write down your priority for the day. In the evening, you mark it: done, or not today. That's it. The app tracks your streak of successful days and shows how consistent you have been over time.

Until you mark it, your priority stays editable. Once marked, it locks: the day is closed, and tomorrow you start from a blank page.
