Just One Thing is a commitment device. Pick the one thing you need to finish. Choose which apps to block. Start. Your selected apps lock — and they don't come back until you mark it done.

HOW IT WORKS

Set your task — anything, in your own words. Choose which apps to block. Start your session. Your apps lock via iOS Screen Time. When you're done, mark it done. Apps unlock immediately.
