I came to check in at 4 pm & the chalet was not ready, housekeeping was ongoing & kitchen basin was blocked, plumber working on it for 2 hours.

Operations team not up to the challenge 
Apartment not inspected before arrival, and not as per the posted pictures
Prices are 25% higher than normal Brooker prices.

I tried to contact the application representative thru whatsapp but he didn’t answer my questions related to the available services provided which means that they are not respecting the customers or they don’t have enough resources !
