## What is Just Piano?

GSi JUST PIANO is a sample-based acoustic piano player, built around the powerful WLF Engine that ensures low latency, low memory and high Direct-From-Disk streaming accuracy. In order to play this instrument, it is necessary to download one of the Piano sounds made available by GSi. When the App is run for the first time, an alert invites you to make your choice and start downloading the sample data. Downloads can be rather large, between 1 and 4 GB according to the chosen piano sound. Only one piano can be installed but can also be replaced at any time. In case new piano sounds are made available by GSi, these will be be added to the catalog.

Piano pouco demonstrado na internet, mas posso dizer que valeu cada centavo pago. As amostras são boas e para quem não conhece, são carregadas por Wi-Fi para o iPad. Carrega apenas um instrumento por vez e o download leva um tempinho, mas nada que invalide o programa. Percebo que soa melhor que o Ravenscrof e tb ganha na dinâmica,tocabilidade e ambientação. Uma vez carregada a amostra, ela permanece com carregamento instantâneo mesmo desligando o Tablet. Adorei demais e com um preço super justo pelo que oferece. Ele te convida a tocar por horas.

Updated review after 3 months of use: Best app by far. I’ve used pianoteq. Revenscroft. Even the 9th gen of pq, nothing comes close to this sampling pack, especially of the c5 grand. I regularly use only the c5. Still wish there were more downloadable packs on mobile rather than a whole setup through the website due to me traveling, much easier to have my phone and midi to just plug in and go. But nevertheless, these samples are with the best I’ve used before. I’m not sure how or why this app isn’t at the top when searching for piano midi.

Samples are the best I’ve heard so far. Using beat solo3 with this app, in my opinion it has far more noticeable depth in all aspects. I use this app more than pianoteq and ravenscroft, only complaint I have is I wish there were more downloadable samples, definitely worth the price! In all fairness the price of these samples probably should be around the 40 or 50 dollar mark.
