At the end you'll get an "order confirmation" screen. Is your order confirmed? No, it's not even submitted. In every other ordering app after submitting tip and confirming total, your order is placed. Twice I've gone to the restaurant only to realize my order was never submitted because of this awful interface. It was such a waste of time I abandoned my carts.
