## What is Just Press?

All of us waste time and hate ourselves for doing so. All we need is just one nudge, one mental reset to get out of that rut and get on with our lives. That's exactly what Just Press helps you to do. 

Whenever you catch yourself doomscrolling, playing games, or procrastinating aimlessly, just go to our app, and press the button. 

By pressing the button, you make a social contract with yourself to stop procrastinating and to stop 'being a piece of sh*t'. It serves as a mental reset, a psychological fresh start from which you can bounce back and do the task you wanted to do. 

You can also track your progress with the Calendar. Here, it shows how many times you've pressed the button each day. First, we want to see the number of presses growing as you train yourself to press the button whenever you want to procrastinate. Gradually as you develop more self control, the numbers should start falling. 

The button sounds like a doorbell for a reason too: We want you to imagine your best future self standing outside your house, and ringing the doorbell, asking you to let them into your life. Do you want to become that best future version of yourself? Answer the doorbell when they ring, and stop procrastinating, and get stuff done. 

It all starts with Just Press.
