When the app rolled out we used it instead of going through third party apps. That was a mistake. If there is an issue with your order there is NO ONE to contact. The store does not have a phone number for customers and customer service takes hours to get back to you. I had issues on multiple orders but the last was the worse. 2.5 hours to delivery my food and I could not contact anyone for the status.
