Вот если бы сделали синхронизацию с Яндекс Диском (хотя бы WebDAV), то было бы отлично. Плюс не хватает папок.

Установил после Listbox, который убил автор обновлением. Если бы у вашего приложения был бы звук виндовс удаления в корзину при удалении, было бы огонь.

Минус, нельзя местами менять записи!!!

Для более функциональной работы со списками думаю стоит использовать что то посерьезнее. Могу нескромно предложить мои же "Списки, просто и удобно" )) (из Записки можно найти через пункт "Другие приложения...")
Здесь же все направлено на скорость и удобство ввода быстрых заметок с некоторым намеренным упрощением функциональности.
Про перемещение в списке подумаю - спасибо за предложение ))

Мне понравилось, только вот я бы предложил кнопку меню в подвал опустить.

Кнопку меню думаю нажимают редко, а подвал если делать, то часть экрана он займет навсегда. Тут я постарался сделать интерфйс лаконичным и функциональным.
