## What is Just This?

This is not another feed.

Just This is a focus app with one job: catch you the moment you
reach for the scroll, and hand you back the thing you actually
sat down to do.

You pick the apps that pull you in. Just This seals them shut for
the length of a focus session. When you reach for one anyway, you
don't get the feed — you get your own intention, in your own
words, staring back.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Start a session. Name the one thing. Pick a duration and how
   strict you want it.
2. Reach for the feed out of habit. Just This intercepts before
   it opens.
3. Face your intent — your words, not a dopamine loop.
4. Finish the thing. Blunt stats. No reward, no confetti.
