## What is Just Walk JITAI?

JustWalk is a study conducted by the University of California, San Diego. The goal of the study is to help participants be more active, and understand what interventions can motivate people with the minimum number of in-app push notifications.


This application has intervention components such as:

Contextually tailored push notifications with variable frequency
Daily changing step goals
Activity planning aids
Resource material to provide motivation
