Ordered our food and within 20 minutes it was ready to collect. All freshly cooked and even though when I arrived I had to wait a few minutes Marianne was fantastic; explaining where the background of the store is from along with the differences on the flavourings! I’d also like to note the app then charges you 50p to use. Really annoyed me when I just wanted a quick bite. Good food and has potential to be a good place to eat. If something is missed on your order it’ll take them just as long to send you the missing stuff as it is to make a new order. So this forces you to take the discount on the next order. The Mac n cheese bites needs seasoning, even just salt would be great. However, the app needs some work, can’t see the text in yellow when ordering plus there are no flavour options instead just a note box. The chicken is delicious, the red salt fries are crispy and addictive. We’ve ordered loads of different flavours of chicken and sides and we’ve never been disappointed. We particularly love the Cantonese wings, the onions rings and the Daim milkshake.
