But one suggestion. *2026-03-29* This is way better than all other messaging & calling apps. It allows you to chat and call. It even has fun games while you call, and drawing tools. It has almost every feature a messaging & calling app can have. Gifs, and even name tags. It also has voice messages. You can also recall and delete messages, which on some other apps it is difficult to do. You can even create groups with 3+ people in it, which I think is fun. Making it that easy to call, with a singular button is super simple and easy. Deleting others messages can also be useful, especially if another friend is being rude to you. Suggestion: you should add the ability to share screen, just like FaceTime. I’m really disappointed since I really love this app since we’ve been using it for 2 years and the other app for 3 years. Please fix this issue since it kinda crops it out, making it impossible to text while multitasking! This app requires both users to add friends to start chatting, making it safer and more suitable for children. At the same time, if you subscribe as a kid premium, your parents can bind your account after registering for JusTalk app and use the parental control function. ### 1/5 — Bad customer service and Premium doesn't work *2026-05-29* I purchased the family premium and was charged. The app continues to ask me to purchase premium. I went through all of the trouble shooting steps listed on the website site as well as those I could find online. I contacted customer service, explained the problem and included screenshots. They responded with an email asking me why I wanted to cancel and did not even acknowledge the issue or offer help. Trying to cancel with Apple App Store and it just keeps telling me I don't have an option to cancel. It's beyond frustrating. It is overly complicated. You can’t check to see what membership status you have or when your plan renews.
