## What is JustASec?

Just a sec. Do you really want to open that app?

JustASec puts a pause between the urge to scroll and your next tap. Lock distracting apps, wait before unlocking, and choose how long your break lasts.

LOCK YOUR DISTRACTIONS
Choose the apps you want to spend less time in. JustASec adds a shield that interrupts automatic opening.

PAUSE BEFORE YOU OPEN
A short countdown gives you a moment to reconsider. Continue when you’re ready—or leave your apps locked.

TAKE A TIMED BREAK
Choose your unlock duration. When the time ends, your apps lock again. You can also lock them early.

SEE YOUR HABITS
Track your daily unlocks and total unlocked time. Notice how often you reach for a break and how those habits change.

KEEP YOUR BREAK IN VIEW
Follow your remaining unlock time with a Live Activity, without reopening JustASec.

Less automatic scrolling. More deliberate choices.

JustASec uses Apple’s Screen Time API to manage access to the apps you select. Screen Time permission is required.
